There's a double induction cooktop, an electric kettle, and a small refrigerator, which Nakamura says are enough for his basic needs. However, he's thinking about adding a microwave to make things even easier.
The cabinets on either side are neatly stocked with rice, cereal, and cookies, along with tableware. Everything is in its place, making the space both functional and inviting.
Behind the door, there are hooks for aprons and fly swatters. "There are more insects here than in the city, especially when cooking." as Nakamura notes. "Flies, mosquitoes, even wasps... so having insecticide and swatter is a must."
