We Spent An Unforgettable Anniversary At This Adorable Lake Cabin

What's up there?

You can climb up a ladder to reach the sleeping loft. Even though the main bedroom downstairs is big enough for us, I decided to give the loft a try just for something different. I'd never slept in any loft before, so it was kind of a novel experience.

The loft is pretty simple—there is not much furniture here, just a queen-sized bed with some fun animal-themed bedding. There's no window up there, but the ceiling lights make it feel really cozy and warm. It's a nice, private spot that's perfect for a little escape.
