25. An Indoor Golf Course

When you're wealthy, you can do pretty much anything with your home. That includes installing a golf course in your basement. The funny part is, they also added an elevated seating area that looks like a stage. When you think about it, this renovation probably wasn't outrageously expensive—just some artificial turf in an empty room. But it still feels like a huge waste of space that could have been used for something much cooler, like a home theater. And if you look closely, you'll notice an old tube TV hanging in the corner.
