Despite the individuality of each house, Adam Money, the owner of Orlando Lakefront, is committed to maintaining high-quality standards for all the tiny houses.

Money acquired the community back in 2011 when it was primarily an RV park located in an unsafe neighborhood. His objective has been to revitalize the park, and he achieved this by replacing most of the RVs with tiny houses. Furthermore, as new residents bring their own tiny homes into the community, he ensures that each one meets his stringent criteria to enhance the overall aesthetics of the park.

Money stated, "I have a wealth of experience in construction, so I can immediately spot if a house has uneven windows or an incomplete paint job. There are a few instances where I've had to ask homeowners to make some improvements. It has to look its best."
